Obligaciones legales seg\u00fan el Ministerio del Interior<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"420\" data-end=\"788\">En Espa\u00f1a, todos los titulares o gestores de alojamientos tur\u00edsticos tienen la obligaci\u00f3n legal de comunicar los datos de sus hu\u00e9spedes al Ministerio del Interior, a trav\u00e9s del sistema SES (Sistema de Entrada de Viajeros en Establecimientos de Hospedaje), o la plataforma habilitada seg\u00fan la comunidad aut\u00f3noma correspondiente (como los Mossos d&#8217;Esquadra en Catalu\u00f1a).<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"790\" data-end=\"1084\">Sin embargo, no basta con enviar los datos: <strong data-start=\"834\" data-end=\"919\">tambi\u00e9n es obligatorio conservar una copia durante un periodo m\u00ednimo de tres a\u00f1os<\/strong>, tal y como establece la <strong data-start=\"945\" data-end=\"983\">Orden INT\/1922\/2003, de 3 de julio<\/strong>, sobre libros-registro y partes de entrada de viajeros en establecimientos de hosteler\u00eda y alquiler.<\/p>\n<blockquote data-start=\"1086\" data-end=\"1201\">\n<p data-start=\"1088\" data-end=\"1201\">\ud83d\udd10 Esta conservaci\u00f3n debe realizarse con garant\u00edas adecuadas de seguridad, confidencialidad y acceso restringido.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<hr data-start=\"1203\" data-end=\"1206\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"1208\" data-end=\"1248\">En seshospedajes.es cumplimos por ti<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1250\" data-end=\"1435\">En <strong data-start=\"1253\" data-end=\"1273\">seshospedajes.es<\/strong>, nos comprometemos a <strong data-start=\"1295\" data-end=\"1346\">almacenar digitalmente todos los datos enviados<\/strong> a trav\u00e9s de nuestra plataforma durante el tiempo legalmente exigido.
