The Single Window is a new platform of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Agenda that Obligate To register all the tourist and seasonal rental homes.
Your goal is improve transparency of the sector and facilitate Fiscal control and access to housing.

👉 IMPORTANT: this platform does not replace to the current communication system of parts of travelers (SES.Hospedajes).

Should I do something different with my SES.Hospedajes account?

No.
SES.Hospedajes continues to be the official tool for:

  • Register and send Traveler input parts to the Ministry of the Interior.

  • comply with the obligation of Royal Decree 933/2021 citizen security.

The Single Window it is complementary, and affects only housing registration as tourist accommodation.

Who should register at the single window?

  • Owners of homes intended for tourist or seasonal rentals.

  • Online platforms like Airbnb, Booking, etc.

Registration at the Single Window will be be mandatory from July 1, 2025,, although it will be available from January 2025.
