Your accommodation already has its parts up to date. Now you can also have your own public website, with calendar, seasonal prices and direct booking form. It is in all plans, including the cheapest, and We do not charge you a penny per reservation.

We have been listening to the same phrase for months on support: "The portals bring me guests, but they take a pinch from each reservation." Setting up your own website seemed like the obvious solution, until the designer's budget arrived, the calendar that has to be updated by hand and the fear of overbooking when the same date is sold in two places.

my website It is our answer to that. Each establishment you have registered can publish its own page in a few minutes: photos, description, services, availability and prices. The guest sees what he is going to pay, line by line, before submitting the request. And when you confirm it, the dates are blocked by themselves and the pre-check-in is shot at the guest — the same data that later travels to the ministry part, without typing them twice.

What does each plan include?

This is the question you ask us the most, so it goes first and without a small print: The public website is in the four plans. What goes up when changing plans are the functions around.

Twelve templates, not twelve color combinations

Each template is a different art direction — own typography, palette and air — so that two accommodations that use the same tool do not end up with the same face. There are twelve, and they go from the sober to the luminous passing through the rural, the urban and the coastal.

Twelve art addresses for twelve types of accommodation.

Editorial

sober and timeless. It is used for any accommodation and is the one that is applied by default, also in lite.

From Basic

the other eleven

They are unlocked when going to BASIC. You change the template from the panel whenever you want, without reassembling the web or touching your content.

A detail that seems to us of justice: If you drop a plan month, you don't lose your template. The website is shown in Editorial meanwhile, but your choice is saved and returns by itself as soon as you recover the plan. No one loses work by getting off.

Prices like those of a portal, but in your house

This is where my website is no longer “a nice page”. The pricing engine works with the same logic that the guest is already used to:

  • seasons. Price per night different according to dates —high, low, bridges—. If two seasons overlap, send the most specific.
  • minimum of nights, general or seasonal.
  • Discounts for duration: a percentage for stays of one week and another for those of one month. They apply alone.
  • Cleaning: Single amount per stay.
  • Guests included in the price and price per extra guest.
  • Tourist fee: per person and night, with optional butt of nights.

And the guest sees everything before sending anything. No "check availability and we'll talk":

7 nights 2 guests
7 nights × 95 €665,00 €
Discount per week (10%)−66,50 €
Cleaning45,00 €
Tourist fee (2 × 7 × 1,50 €)21,00 €
Estimated total664,50 €
Estimate. The host confirms the final price; Payment is not managed here.

that breakdown it freezes. What the guest saw when he requested is saved as is and appears identical in the email, on the status page of his application and in the pre-check-in —even if you raise the prices the next day—. No one discusses a price that changed along the way.

What happens when someone reserves

It is worth telling step by step, because the labor savings are right here:

  1. The guest fills dates and people See the price broken down and send the request.
  2. You get the notice To your tray inside the app and by mail.
  3. You confirm with one click And at that moment three things happen alone.
  4. Dates are blocked In the same calendar that syncs by iCal with Booking and Airbnb, so there is no overbooking between channels.
  5. The guest receives the pre-check-in He fills it, with his mobile, when it suits him.
  6. The data is ready for the part They go to the delivery to the ministry without anyone typing them again.

Translated: A direct reservation does not give you more work than a booking one. gives you less. And it doesn't have a commission.

Do you already have a website? Put the engine inside

If you have already invested in your website, we do not want to sell you another. from the plan COMPLET We give you a piece of code —the widget— that places the calendar and the form on the website you already have, with your domain and your design. Requests arrive at the same tray as always.

You can also publish the website In Spanish and English. You activate the English whenever you want: it doesn't turn on by itself. And if you manage several establishments, each one has its own website and you choose which one you are editing.

And now, what my website doesn't do

We prefer to say it here, in the ad, and not on a support ticket within three weeks:

  • does not charge the guest. There is no payment gateway. The amount shown is an estimate and the page literally says so. You can put your own payment link and your instructions, but the charge is managed by you.
  • It is not a distribution channel. Do not publish your accommodation on Booking, Airbnb or any portal. Sync calendars with them, which is something else.
  • It is not a free website builder. Fill in some fields and choose design; You don't move blocks or touch CSS. It's just what allows you to publish it in minutes, but it's not a Wix.
  • Does not confirm reservations only. Every request is approved by you. It's on purpose: you decide who sleeps in your house.
  • The web lives in our address. If you want your domain and your design, the path is the Complete widget on your current website.

questions you have already asked us

Do I have to pay more to have the web?

No. The public website with calendar, prices per season and form is included in the four plans, Lite included. What is unlocked when uploading plan is to be able to choose between the twelve templates (Basic), the widget for your current website (Complete) and the white mark (Premium).

Do you charge commission for each reservation?

No. Not a penny per reservation, not a percentage of the price. You pay your monthly or annual subscription and that's it.

Does the guest pay from the web?

No. My website does not have a payment gateway: collect reservation requests. The price that the guest sees is an estimate and the page itself indicates it. You confirm the request and manage the collection as you usually do; You can add your payment link and your instructions.

How do I avoid overbooking with Booking and Airbnb?

When you confirm a request, the dates are automatically locked in your calendar, which is the same one that syncs by iCal with the portals. What is occupied in one place is no longer available in the other.

What if I have multiple accommodations?

You can create a website by establishment and choose which one you edit at all times. Each one has its photos, its prices and its calendar.

Can I put it in English?

Yes. The public website can be published in Spanish and English. English you activate it from the settings whenever you want.

If I under plan, do I lose the template I chose?

You don't lose it. While you are in a plan without template selection, the web is shown in Editorial, but your choice is saved and returns automatically if you recover the plan.
