Now, in our app, you can manage your establishments from Settings.
With this new functionality incorporated into the platform, we take another step to improve the organization, security and daily operation of all users of our system.
What is an establishment in SES. Accommodations?
One establishment is the accommodation, hotel or rent a car company that you have registered in the SES system. Accommodations of the Ministry of the Interior of Spain.
Each of these establishments is assigned a unique number by the Ministry itself.
What changes from now on?
Within your account, in the configuration section of the app, you will be able to (and must) register all the establishments that you have registered with the Ministry of the Interior.
You will only have to indicate two data for each establishment:

Name of the establishment (free for you)

Establishment number assigned by the Ministry of the Interior
Why is this change important?
This new system directly affects:
➜ Hotels
➜ Tourist accommodation
➜ Car rental companies (rent a car)
And it will allow you to have everything much more organized.
How does it work from now on?
→ Every time you register a guest or a rental contract in the app, you will have to select which establishment that movement belongs to.
Also, if you do the mass import from Excel, you will also have a specific column in the first position to indicate the corresponding establishment number.
In this way:

We guarantee that each data is correctly associated.

We allow you to work with several establishments from the same account.

We avoid errors or mixes of data.
Where is it managed?

From there you can:

Add new establishments.

Delete those you no longer use.

From now on, working with several hotels, accommodations or rent a car within your account at SES. Lodging is much easier, safer and tidy.
