🔎 What is VUD?

The ✅ VUD (Digital Single Window) It is a new state platform promoted by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Agenda for Centralize the registration of all short-term tourist accommodation in Spain.
This system seeks to comply with European Regulation 2024/1028, guaranteeing traceability, transparency and legality in the sector.

🧾 Who is obliged to register?

HOUSING FOR TOURIST USE
Vacation rentals
Rooms for tourist rental
Seasonal rentals

IMPORTANT: The obligation applies Even if you are already registered in a regional register, such as the one in Catalonia, the Balearic Islands or the Canary Islands. Vower does not replace them, complement them.

📑 What documentation do you need?

To process your registration at the VUD you will need:

✅ Cadastral reference of the property
✅ Identification of the owner or manager
✅ Tourist license (if the autonomous community requires it)
✅ Neighborhood community permission (when needed)
✅ Type of tourist use (full house, rooms, etc.)
