How long do I have to save the guest data? legal obligations according to the Ministry of the Interior

In Spain, all owners or managers of tourist accommodation have the legal obligation to communicate the data of their guests to the Ministry of the Interior, through the SES system (Traveler Entry System in Lodging Establishments), or the platform enabled according to the corresponding Autonomous Community (such as the Mossos d'Esquadra in Catalonia).

However, it is not enough to send the data: It is also mandatory to keep a copy for a minimum period of three years., as established by Order INT/1922/2003, of July 3, about books-records and traveling parts of hotels and rental establishments.
