Accommodation data – hotels for part of travelers

Mandatory data

  • Application Information:
    • Code of the establishment assigned by the lodging system.

        • Date and time of entry (YYYY-MM-DDTHH:MM:SS).

          • Type of payment (Code according to table of payment types).
  • people data:
    • Name and first last name.
    • Second surname (required if the document is NIF).
    • Document type and identity document number (required if you are of legal age).
    • Date of birth (YYYY-MM-DD).
    • Role (VI – Traveler).
    • Full address (mandatory block, with standard address format).
    • Contact:
      • Required to include at least one: main phone, secondary phone or email.

Optional data

    1. Additional Contract Information:
      • Number of occupied rooms.
      • Internet connection indicator (Boolean: Yes/No).

      • Nationality (ISO code 3166-1 Alpha-3).
      • sex (code according to table).
      • Relationship (required if there are minors in the reserve).

These data are necessary to meet the requirements of the Ministry of the Interior according to Royal Decree 933/2021, and must be sent in XML format structured according to the specifications indicated.
